New method opens great possibilities for future material design
Thanks to a new method, Rheo-PLI-SAXS, developed by a research group from Chalmers and the MAX IV Laboratory in Lund it is now possible to observe how hierarchical materials behave under flow conditions – at multiple length scales at once.
This continuing work has been a part of the FibRe Vinnova Competence Centre and the Wallenberg Wood Science Centre, with additional support from the Chalmers Areas of Advance Materials Science, Production, and Nano.
